Allow us to create your complete destination wedding including both your ceremony and reception.  Every last detail is planned to checked by your dedicated wedding planner.  Simply select your guest numbers. We can adjust anything to suit your dream wedding. All you have to do is invite your guests

Your Wedding Ceremony includes: 

  • Garden Area at the Palace 

  • Your choice of celebrant to help you organise your legal paperwork and provide you with a personalised wedding ceremony

  • Professional Hair & Make up for the bride 

    • Artist to come to bride at her accommodation 

    • Additional hair & make up can be added for the bridal party at an extra cost per person

    • Trials can be organised at an extra charge 

  • Brides Bouquet and groom's Buttonhole

    • Your choice of flowers & colours to match your wedding style, our florist will create your vision 

    • (Additional bouquets, buttonholes, hair flowers etc can be added at a price per floral piece)

    • Floral preview can be arranged prior to wedding day

  • Set up including:

    • Signing table & 2x chairs 

    • 20 Guest chairs (additional chairs can be added for an extra fee per chair)

    • 4 x chair flowers to match your style

    • Sea grass beach runner for ceremony aisle in a natural colour

    • Ceremony Arbour with draping and artificial florals to match your wedding style (Fresh arbour flowers can be arranged at an additional cost)

  • Complimentary bottle of sparkling wine delivered to bride with her bouquet on your big day

  • Complimentary PA system to play your choice of selected ceremony songs 

Your Palm Cove Wedding Planner 

  • Greet guests upon arrival to ceremony area 

  • Groom support at alter prior to ceremony  

  • Bridal support prior to walking the aisle   

  • Pre-wedding meetings & ceremony rehearsal  

  • Ceremony timeline   

  • Co-ordinator present for your wedding ceremony  

  • Help with planning extra’s in relation to the ceremony

  • Organise set up of reception

Your wedding reception includes: 

  • 3 night’s minimum accommodation at Trinity Beach Palace 

    • 5 Incredible rooms to accommodate up to 10 people, including ‘Her Majesties Suit’ room perfect for bride and groom  

    • Inside of house strictly cannot be used for wedding day  

  • Venue Hire of Trinity Beach Palace to use for your wedding day  

    • Reception set up in garden area 2, where views of the ocean are right on your doorstep  

  • Set up of cocktail style reception including furniture and lighting for 40pax maximum 

  • Offsite kitchen set up at Trinity Beach Palace by catering  

    • Pre-dinner grazing platter or 3 canapes  

    • Cocktail menu selection of 10 substantial cocktail menu plates 

  • 2 tier Wedding cake  

  • 6-hour Bar service to serve your BYO beverages, this includes: 

    • Barman staff, Eskies, Ice, Glassware  

    • (Note that all beverages are to be purchased and supplied by the couple)  

  • Arrangements and centerpieces for your cocktail furniture  

    • Fresh seasonal floral arrangements of your choice of colours and styles to create your aesthetic to cover chosen cocktail style furniture
