We can adjust anything to suit your dream wedding. See below package inclusions and prices for cocktail style or a sit-down dinner reception and menu. Prices based on ‘high season’ venue hire rates.     • 20 Guest chairs (additional chairs can be added for an extra fee per chair) 

    • 4 x chair flowers to match your style 

    • Sea grass beach runner for ceremony aisle in a natural colour 

    • Ceremony Arbour with draping and artificial florals to match your wedding style (Fresh arbour flowers can be arranged at an additional cost) 

  • Complimentary bottle of sparkling wine delivered to bride with her bouquet on your big day 

  • Complimentary PA system to play your choice of selected ceremony songs

  • Greet guests upon arrival to ceremony area  

  • Groom support at alter prior to ceremony   

  • Bridal support prior to walking the aisle    

  • Pre-wedding meetings & ceremony rehearsal

  • Co-ordinator present for your wedding ceremony   

  • Help with planning extra’s in relation to the ceremony 

  • Organise set up of reception   

  • Organise timings with catering for flow of cocktail item serving  

  • Be present at reception until all formalities are complete

  • 3 night’s minimum accommodation at Trinity Beach Palace  

    • 5 Incredible rooms to accommodate up to 10 people, including ‘Her Majesties Suit’ room perfect for bride and groom   

    • Inside of the home strictly not to be used for the wedding 

  • Venue Hire of Trinity Beach Palace to use for your wedding day   

    • Prices based off high season, please enquire with your wedding date 

  • Reception set up in separate garden area, where views of the ocean are right on your doorstep   

  • Set up of your reception including:  

    • Furniture and lighting  

    • Cocktail style OR Seated dinner style  

    • Based off your guest numbers  

  • Arrangements and centrepieces to cover the allocation of furniture within your chosen style & guest numbers  

    • Fresh seasonal floral arrangements of your choice of colours and styles  

  • Catering of your pre-dinner and reception  

    • Pre-dinner grazing platter or 3 canapes   

    • Cocktail menu selection OR alternate drop seated menu   

    • Your selections made during planning

    • Dietary requirements can be catered towards

  • 6-hour Bar service to serve your BYO beverages, this includes:
