Tucked away at the end of a private driveway is Sapphire Ridge. This residence is yours for the ultimate private reception with the most amazing views of the Coral sea. This package includes accommodation for 10 for 3 nights.

Allow us to create your complete destination wedding including both your ceremony and reception.  Every last detail is planned to checked by your dedicated wedding planner.  Select from one of our Saphire Riddge complete wedding packages below based upon your guest numbers. We can adjust anything to suit your dream wedding. All you have to do is invite your guests

Your Wedding Ceremony includes:

  • Required Beach permit for Palm Cove

  • Authorised Marriage Celebrant 

    • Your choice of celebrant to help you organise your legal paperwork and provide you with a personalised wedding ceremony

  • Professional Hair & Make up for the bride 

    • Artist to come to bride at her accommodation 

    • Additional hair & make up can be added for the bridal party at an extra cost per person

    • Trials can be organised at an extra charge 

  • Brides Bouquet and groom's Buttonhole

    • Your choice of flowers & colours to match your wedding style, our florist will create your vision 

    • (Additional bouquets, buttonholes, hair flowers etc can be added at a price per floral piece)

    • Floral preview can be arranged prior to wedding day

  • Set up including:

    • Signing table & 2x chairs 

    • 10 Guest chairs (additional chairs can be added for an extra fee per chair)

    • 2 x chair flowers to match your style

    • Sea grass beach runner for ceremony aisle in a natural colour

    • Ceremony Arbour with draping and artificial florals to match your wedding style (Fresh arbour flowers can be arranged at an additional cost)

  • Complimentary bottle of sparkling wine delivered to bride with her bouquet on your big day

  • Complimentary PA system to play your choice of selected ceremony songs

    • Who will guide you through your ceremony planning for a stress-free wedding ceremony 

    • Organise pre-wedding meeting and ceremony rehearsal with your planner and celebrant 

    • Help with organizing of any additional extras on top of the package in relation to your wedding ceremony only 

    • Create a timeline for your wedding ceremony

    • Co-ordinator present for your wedding ceremony 

    • Greet guests upon arrival to ceremony area

    • Groom (and groomsman) support at alter prior to ceremony 

    • Bride (and bridal party) support prior to walking down the aisle 

Wet weather backup not included

Your wedding reception includes:

    • Cottage can be hired at an extra cost 

  • Venue Hire of Sapphire Ridge for your wedding day

    • Using existing furniture from Sapphire Ridge 

    • Other styled furniture can be hired in for extra cost, we recommend at minimum some dry bars and stools 

  • Pre-dinner grazing platter or 3 canapes 

    • Your choice to be made during planning 

  • Cocktail menu selection of 10 menu items 

    • 10 Substantial cocktail menu items of your choice selected during planning 

  • 2 tier Wedding cake 

    • Your choice of flavours for each tier 

    • Your style: fondant, buttercream, or semi-naked 

    • Fresh flowers to decorate cake 

    • Served on platters for self-serve for guests 

  • 6-hour Bar service to serve your BYO beverages, this includes:
