Wedding information

Why should I bother using a wedding planner if we can look up the Internet and organize everything ourselves?
Sure you can arrange everything yourself but what will you end up with? You don't know the florists, the limousine companies, the Marriage Celebrants or any other services you are interested in.
We have been in the business since a long time and only use the best and most reliable service providers. Imagine you would get a bouquet completely different to what you have booked, or the limousine driver doesn't show up because of a traffic jam or an accident or it starts raining during the ceremony or any other disaster that strikes.
We always have a backup plan and backup providers who quickly can jump in if something unforeseen happens (and as you know if something is to go wrong, it will be on that day).
We are getting the best rates and are passing them on to you, and you don't pay one cent extra as you would if you would have booked it directly with our providers.
So why would you bother wasting your time researching and still end up with a bad service.
It is your most important day and we have never had an incident or unhappy couples, and whatever happens, we will keep it this way!

We are eloping. Do you provide us with all the necessary services for our wedding?
Yes- no wedding is too small or too big for us. Lots of our clients come from overseas only by themselves. We will provide witnesses and all other required services.

What was the biggest wedding you have arranged?
A beach wedding with 180 guests. We are looking forward to bigger ones!

Do you provide all permits?
All our prices include the necessary permits and fees (eg. Great Barrier Reef Marine Park fees, beach permits, island permit etc). There is nothing extra to pay or any hidden charges.

Do you have a public liability insurance?
Of course, we wouldn't operate without one.

How far in advance do we have to book the services?
To avoid disappointment please book as early as possible. We require the Notice Of Intended Marriage form at least 1 month and 1 day prior to your wedding day. The only exclusions are serious health issues.

Where is your company located?
We are located in Palm Cove. Please click here to download the Palm Cove location map. An appointment is advisable since we are frequently out of the office for weddings.

Why are your rates lower than most/all other companies we contacted?
We are keeping the cost as low as possible without any shortcuts to quality. We only provide the highest possible quality at the lowest price possible- that's our guarantee.

What are the terms and conditions?
Any cancellation occurs a 25% cancellation fee. If a service is cancelled 4 weeks or less, prior to the wedding day, 100% of the amount will be payable. If the wedding is cancelled the deposit is forfeited.

What do we do if we have booked a beach wedding and it rains?
We always have a backup plan.

After our island wedding we would like to go snorkeling. Do you provide all snorkeling gear?
Yes, snorkeling gear will be provided free of charge.

We are interested in a formal reception. Can you take care of it?
Sure, that's part of our services.

I'm divorced. What documents are required?
Our Marriage Celebrant has to sight additionally the original divorce certificate (Decree Absolute).

Could you recommend a good hotel or accommodation?
Yes, after your wedding is confirmed we will send you a number of good, reputable hotels in Palm Cove and the area where you and your guests will get a 10% discount off their accommodation rate.
